We stayed at the hotel over the Easter week, the very beginning of the summer season, and couldn’t be more impressed with how smoothly the hotel was running! The hotel is well-designed and spacious, there are plenty of social areas for family chit chat and cute alleys for taking a walk. We loved seeing all the palm trees and hearing birds chirping throughout the day. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, without an exception, and genuinely interested in helping guests have a great time. There are two swimming pools to choose from: one for kids with slides, another one for adults, and a carefully maintained beach with lazy chairs and a beach bar. The restaurant is great and operates very efficiently, we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get seated, even during the peak time. And I don’t need to tell you all how amazing the Cretan cuisine is. In short, this is an absolute gem of a place to stay in!

Staff were great, the hotel was lovely and located on a large beach which was great. The waves were too big for our toddler when we were there so we also visited other beaches by car.

This resort is gorgeous. Excellent breakfast, fantastic room service, gorgeous spa, superb housekeeping, impeccable beach. Extra love for the staff, who are all so friendly and professional.

The first impact upon arrival is wonderful, with welcome drinks and a personalized check-in. The room was always perfectly clean and the first night we got sweets, fruit and wine as welcome for the evening. Nice private beach with all services, very clean resort and the staff, available and friendly.

Great location, super kind and helpful staff. Very clean and the food was really good. Perfect for families with small children. Food wise, they can accommodate whatever you need for your baby/child. We would gladly return!

The staff are exceptional. Polite, friendly, and very professional. Everything is done to a high standard. This was our second stay at this hotel and celebrating our anniversary. They provided cake and sparkling wine on arrival as a surprise. Great beach to relax and good food and drinks. Very highly recommend this hotel
