The view, the chalet, the pool, the tennis court and most of all the Host Pedro. This is a real gem and I can’t praise this place enough . It’s a home away from home with breathtaking views and the most humble and kind host we have ever met ! Will be back again Pedro! Thank you for having us !

A millionaire dollar view! Pedro the owner was wonderful. He even came down to the apartment on the last night with a couple of glasses of reserve port AND his accordion and gave us a couple of renditions of folk songs. I joined him on a spontaneous sing along of It's Now or Never - a genuinely warm and sincere fellow!

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta da Porta Caseira, hosts were super nice and kind, being able to help us in whatever we needed. The place is just stunning and idyllic, with a great view to Douro River and the chalet has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Will definitely come back
