very clean rooms, very cosy and nice. The appartement is very closed to the train station so it is very practical. The city center is 15 min walking distance.

The property is a really close walk to the railway station and everything we needed, and in a peaceful local area. The room had a very comfortable bed, good bathroom with storage and a well equipped kitchenette. Essentially everything is in one room, with a dividing wall. The decor is modern and restful. There was plenty of hot water, a small place to hang a few clothes

The apartment is in a complex behind a gated archway off a quiet pedestrian street right in the heart of Rennes. It's about a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Within a short walk you'll find restaurants, a boulangerie, a well-stocked supermarket and the new theatre. There's plenty of space inside, with the bedroom up some stairs, and downstairs a kitchen area, living space and dining table. It was very comfortable and warm, and had everything you need to be self-sufficient in a city.

Contactless entry was seamless (I was skeptical)! The code worked on time and they accommodated my one hour earlier checkin. The building is located off the street with a wonderfully quaint entry area that accommodates parking but we did not have a car. There was a lovely sitting area in the courtyard and the whole place was wonderfully quiet with zero street noise! Rooms are a bit small, but bigger than most in Europe. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Such a nice room. Location can't be beat as it's a 3 minute walk to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by too.

This is a great property. It was so close to the train station which often means loud or below average accommodations. This place was super clean, well situated in the city center. I needed to extend my stay and they were very responsive. The cleaners on-site were also excellent. The water pressure was great and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It was a charming spot and thoughtfully decorated.

Amazing complex of private apartments. My apartment was 50 square metres and has two floors. At the upper floor was the bedroom and the bathroom. I love it. Clean and very quiet, with all the comforts and nice decoration I feel like my home. The apartments are very close to the historic centre of Rennes, 10 minutes by foot. Sincerely I suggest it.
