This was without a doubt the best service I have received at any hotel anywhere in the world. Every member of staff I dealt with was exceptional, even before we had arrived at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the facilities are fantastic and the food is sublime.

We stayed here for one night as we were passing through. We wanted a central hotel to be near to the Christmas market and other historical sites. This ticked all the boxes and provided us with a very comfortable stay.

A modern city centre hotel in an amazing location opposite Reims Cathedral. Our room overlooked the cathedral square. Our room was quite small, as city hotels tend to be, but it was perfectly comfortable and designed to work for a couple sharing. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Recommended.

A modern hotel located right next to the stunning Reims Cathedral, easily accessible form the highwat=y. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was also very good.
