Location is exceptional, we arrived by car and there is an underground car park situated outside the hotel which is discounted by the hotel. Hotel is also opposite the Reims train station and is close to many bars and restaurants and points of interest so well worth considering when choosing a hotel in this area. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff we encountered were friendly and the man on reception recommended a brasserie for us so our kids could try snails for the first time and the brasserie was exceptional with friendly staff and great food.

A great location for accessing all that Reims has to offer, very close the the train station too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! The hotel is doing their part for the environment and lend refillable water bottles, along with offering an incentive for reduced cleaning requests during the stay.

We arrived late Saturday afternoon and the town was in a grid lock, it took an hour to get into the underground car park next to the hotel, so we were very stressed when we arrived. This was noticed by the staff when we checked in who told us to relax, they got us a drink from the bar and then assisted us with retrieving our luggage from the car. We were travelling with our dog and were given a room on the ground floor so we could open the door to the court yard. They are very dog friendly and we were able to take our dog in the bar and restaurant. We went out for dinner in the evening but wished we stayed in the hotel, as everything was excellent. Despite the traffic when we arrived, the hotel is in a good location, central to shops and restaurants.
