The property could do with a little refresh inside, bathroom fittings and fixtures are a little old and tired and tiles hanging off here and there. Toilets stained etc

Friendly staff, secure parking, location ideal for our needs and for a family. No 6 bus into Reims centre a few steps away, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette area i.e. good saucepans, kettle, coffee maker. Rooms that we had were adjoining. It was very quiet and a good view of the Montagnes de Champagne from our window.

Staff were lovely and very welcoming. We were able to stay with our dog. The room was a great size with a large shower and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

The apartments are nice, the staff are friendly and things run smoothly. My only criticism is that the building is quite badly noise insulated and I was woken at 5am by my neighbour above moving around their apartment.

Lovely hotel for a stop over - friendly staff, easy check - rooms are spacious and clean - and breakfast was just what we needed. There are restaurants nearby so very convenient

Great location for an overnight stop - a few minutes from autoroute. Great facilities and spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and responded to my queries very promptly prior to departure.
