Santa Paciência is a great base to explore the Alentejo region. The rooms and the courtyard are tastefully decorated and the small pool is fantastic to relax after a day of sightseeing (Monsaraz castle, the pottery in Corval, or a wine tour/ fancy lunch at Herdade do Esporao) But the highlight of our stay was the hostess Célia and her kind parents. They are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. We have loved our stay at this beautiful and peaceful house.

Célia was very welcoming, she made us and all the guests feel like we were family ! She was always available and giving us good advice, we enjoyed the facility with the swimming pool and the room. The breakfast was excellent with homemade jam and bread from local bakery.
