the staff were very friendly. I felt so bad for staff when checking in because another guest was giving him a hard time over not having ice. It wasn't the staffs fault and he apologized and was empathetic, the guy wasn't having it he was upset.

Rajhan and Dave were very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, in the morning the manager made us feel pretty bad about the accommodations that those lovely men made for us the night before.

I like where it's located and there are few stores nearby, like IGA, Dollarama etc. The gentleman who was at the front desk on Oct 17th around 5:30pm when I checked in, he was so nice and accommodating. He's always smiling, and I felt his sincerity & concern to us and perhaps with the other guests as well. When I came out to ask something, and he was not at the reception desk, but he noticed me right away, he quickly ran and addressed my needs. He was so polite and apologetic, as he was conscious that there's a guest waiting for him. I wasn't able to get his name, but he rendered great customer service, and I want him to be recognized. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. I find the room a bit dark, maybe because of the color of the carpet, which I found very old.

We stayed here for a quick overnight. Comfortable quiet stay. Room was clean with a big nice bathroom. Little stingy on towels. Breakfast was basic but good coffee options. For a quick overnight it was a good economically choice. We often would stay at the Ramada Emerald Park and it was quite expensive for the night we wanted to stay. Decided to try the Sleep Inn and for the difference in cost it was a very good place to stay. I will book here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding were very nice. The a/C ran most of our time in the room and overnight, and we were happy it was not too noisy. The breakfast room was kept very clean by the staff, and the desk clerk was kind enough to get us some extra coffee packs to take to our roo.

Location, friendly staff, comfort, cleanliness. Breakfast was fantastic, those casing-free sausages fantastic. Many other choices, great selection. Life affirming scrambled eggs also, talent. The staff were so kind and what I interpreted as genuinely caring. They accommodated requests without hesitation. Gorgeous. Our new vehicle and family felt very safe in this area. Recommend 🏆

If you are driving through Regina to another destination, this is the place to stop. Right of the highways, with amenities in the same parking lot. The hotel is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is where we always stop.

From the moment I called to reserve, the customer service was exceptional. It continued when we would be arriving earlier than expected. Housekeeping got our room ready for us ahead of their schedule. Front desk staff was friendly and professional, breakfast staff very impressive. Everyone had a smile to give!
