We were served in the bar by David, who not only makes a great cocktail, but went out of his way to provide great service. He gave great restaurant recommendations, and showed us the special meeting room. The hotel is fantastic, and David's service capped off a great stay.

The location of this hotel is very nice and in the middle of the city. Great is that hotel also provided parking for our car. Staff is nice and friendly, breakfast very good with a lot of variety typical dishes. Hotel was totally booked when arriving, lucky we got last three available rooms for our stay. All perfect and professional so I give 10/10! Recommended!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel exudes an old world charm, without feeling rundown or shabby. The property was very well maintained and spotless. The bed was comfy. The location was ideal for exploring the town. Parking was secure and convenient on site.

nice historic hotel on historic Via Emilia. Accommodating, helpful and nice staff. Classic complete breakfast with a rich selection. Small parking lot, but the staff can park many cars there. Newly opened bar with hot food. Let you show the Sala del Capitano, a wonderful historic hall for mass events.

This hotel is one of the oldest in Italy and is situated in an amazing building with an interesting history. It is amazing location - right in the heart of the city. Comfy rooms and beds. Very beautiful breakfast room with a variety of continental breakfast. Helpful staff. Very clean.
