Excellent place to stay. Nice comfortable clean room, the bathrooms were always clean and fresh, nice shower, nice kitchen area, all was perfect, and Sergio is the perfect host too. Will certainly book again on my return to Reggio Emilia. The property is only a 10 minute walk from the railway station, and close walking distance to the old city center, shopping, eating, bars etc all nearby. Would highly recomend.

Great location, clean bright modern rooms, shared kitchen and 3 bathrooms, free parking outside, easy walk to the sights, and a friendly welcome and local advice in English from Sergio - highly recommended. Oh and a fantastic (simple) Pizzeria downstairs!

Super clean and comfortable place to stay. Literally at the beginning of the main road in Reggio nell’Emilia and very close to the central station on foot. Very good layout of the apartment and almost not feeling like sharing this big apartment with other people. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Very friendly host, with very welcoming contact and guidance through the facility. Place was very clean and modern with good availability for bath and toilet, even while sharing with the others.

Perfect spot! A shared guest house, but it feels very private. Multiple big, clean bathrooms, and a great shared kitchen. The room was comfy, the location is central to town and close to the train, and the pizza place downstairs is delicious. Access to a washer and dryer was also very nice. Nothing was missing, this was a great accommodation.
