Very nicely presented, clean and comfortable room with shared breakfast room, all necessary amenities, and a glimpse of the sea from the balcony. My host was very communicative, and kind enough to meet me on site and explain everything. He was also generous enough to bring me a stunning breakfast the next morning, big enough for two. (I think I'm still working it off...) Very good value for a stay in this elegant seaside city. The good news about the location is that you are within striking distance of the National Museum, with its Riace Bronzes, the lovely square in front of it - which was hosting a DJ event during my stay at Christmas, and I'm sure would have similar events through the summer - a large concert space on the seafront behind the museum, and one end of the wonderful promenade. The bad news, if you have issues with fitness or mobility, is that both usual routes to the B&B climb steeply up from the town, and there are then stairs to negotiate up to the second floor, with no lift. This didn't bother me at all, as I welcome the exercise, but it could present challenges for some.

breakfast was easily accessible with a great selection of pastries. location was central and close to the waterfront. plenty of amenities within the room and in the shared kitchen. you'll be able to cook easily.

Lovely large room, with a little terrace overlooking the street. Nuccia took time to show us around all the facilities and was very friendly. It was a hot afternoon when we arrived, so the cool drinks waiting in our room were much appreciated. We really liked having access to the shared kitchen, along with the complimentary coffee and cakes provided. A simple breakfast of a pastry and coffee is included 2 mins walk away, in a local bar.

the host is very attentive to the tenants, the cleaning is done daily and the towels are changed, a Calabrian style breakfast is also offered, I recommend it, it is a decent and reliable place. thanks.

Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large, and the shower worked well. Access to a fully equipped kitchen on the same floor felt like an extension of our room, so it was like being in an apartment. The man who greeted us when we arrived was friendly and helpful. The Square bar for breakfast was a nice touch, along with access to a small breakfast selection in the kitchen. Access to town, the beach and the train station was around 15 minutes walk.

Apartments was clean and spacious, but located in pretty busy old area, so noise level is quite high. 10 min stroll from the centre/seaside.
