Arrived around 9.30pm , couldn’t get in straight away . Need it to send a message to host and then over the phone have been explained how to get keys for our rooms while sitting outside in the cold . Instead of being on the phone could have gotten a message with explanation and be ready . Automated drink machine takes cash only , not helping

Really friendly hotel manager lady. Comfy, decent size beds, nice size room. Nice bathroom. Lovely breakfast, didn't need to pay for little ones.

Very convinent Hotel, big parking accross the street, comfortable beds and clean. We arrivaed late at night so the staff guidet us to self check in on the phone.
