Room was clean and appeared to be recently decorated. Bathroom also good. Plenty of free parking space close to the property. Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to M42 for easy access, and handy for Redditch town centre.

Convenience for our plans on new years eve. Whole of building, reception, corridor and room were clean. Location was quiet for a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed.
