Room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Offered to move us to different room because of our loud neighbors. Safeway across the street.

I fully paid for the room and got a receipt March or April. I'm locked and loaded. The train was delayed a few hours so I got the next one. By the time I got there, they'd already re let the room to someone else. The one I had already paid for. I thought as an apology, they gave me the only remaining room. Everything is paid for right. Due to their double booking, they are after an additional payment. That is not on . . . for RedRoofs error. They have made another deduction from my account. Am in the process of requesting a refund of excess monies Paid . SORRY I DIDN'T LIKE BEING SLUGGED FOR MONEY
