The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that all guests are subject to a Marine Park Conservation fee upon arrival.
Ferry schedule:
- From Merang Waterfront Jetty to Redang Island (12:30, 14:30, and 16:30)
- From Redang Island to Merang Waterfront Jetty (8:00, 10:00 and 12:00)

All the staffs are so friendly, helpful and caring.. They are willing to help us at anytime throughout our stay and very attentive to my requests.. I will book next trip with them again soonest.. The rooms are very spacious and worth the money.. The view are so calming and serene! Beautiful place with serene view!

This resort's number one feature is the awesome attemtion and careful hospitality.of their staff. Not only do they have attentive receptionists and waitera but there is a guest manager who can operate like a private relatioms.mamager who waots amd follows up on every request amd detail at your beck amd call. It is this first.class service that distinguishes the quality of this resort to be head and shoulders above the rest. I will surely come back to this resort with the rest of my family anf children. One last thing, the yoga classes nd the spa massages are quite special and not to br missed.
