WOW! Exceeded expectations! Location- right in the valley. Everywhere you look the view is breathtaking! Rooms are comfortable. Bed super comfortable and warm quilt. Massive room and clean. We got a lovely cuppa delivered to the room. Breakfast was lovely and we could have it in the room with the view. I wish we stayed for a few nights. Will definitely be back. There is no mobile reception and wifi is quite slow and doesn’t work well - I guess that is a plus in this beautiful place.

The kindness of all staff, the room, the meals and the little pub in House, the interior design and furniture, the lovely fireplace downstairs, the comfortable bed and couch area, all was wonderful and exactly what we hoped for for a special week end.

The hosts were wonderful, resolving a booking issue without leaving us with the burden. They were welcoming, accomodating our requests and always with a smile and good sense of humor. The location is wonderful. One of the most beautiful places on earth - and we have seen a lot. The food was excellent, continuing our unexpected excellent culinary experiences along the west coast of Ireland.

What a last-minute find as we had to hastily rearrange part of our trip to Ireland. Only stayed one night but could have happily stayed much longer. Beautiful, quaint lodge in the most beautiful surroundings. Lovely large room and bathroom - very spacious. Staff were absolutely superb, genuine and very sincere, and professional.

Breakfast was lovely - staff were really friendly. Lovely male staff member gave me fresh scones from the oven to take away home with me.

Great to see some old faces amongst the staff who greeted us with warmth and a feeling of friendship. Clara looked after us at breakfast - she was attentive, easy to talk to and sweet! There were 2 other staff in the restaurant that stood out - one chatty lady who was setting out the tables for later and a young girl the evening meal before. The staff are a credit to you!
