Family Suite was large, and comfortably catered for the 5 of us, bathroom was also a good size. Beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept on. Food and drink was OK, if a little over priced. Despite being a match day, drove to and parked OK (free), and this also didn't impact our stay too much. Breakfast (included) was a good variety and tasty. Loads of options, especially with kids, although the fresh fruit wasn't quite. The kids enjoyed the Easter hunt laid on around the reception/communal areas.

The stay on a whole was amazing and the location fab. We ordered local curries to the room and the hotel supplied cutlery and plates for us . The pool at the booked kids time was fab, they got to play knowing we wasn't upsetting anyone for the 45mins slot. I may have left it too late to ask for a firmer pillow but the pillows was so so soft and terrible nights sleep because of it . I'll take my own pillows next time

Good location for the Jazz club, just a short walk around the stadium. Staff were friendly & helpful 😀 Parking , even on match day (Reading v Stevenage ) is Free. Not enough hotels offer this . Strongly recommend/ suggest check in well before kick-off , during or at least 30 mins before full time. Two couples got caught up in tempary road closures and had to sit for 30mins whilst the stadium tipped out, no biggie but worth knowing 😀

We had a great time at the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. We went swimming and the area were all very clean.

Staff are very attentive especially Anastasia and the folks at breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay and explore the Reading area. Also the gym and swimming pool were a real bonus.

Really nice staff and a good hotel, great location by the motorway. Lovely bathroom products that smell really nice and so good to have a teapot to make tea in. Make sure you book the pool though, especially in school holidays as it gets busy. Would be really good if you could rope a single lane off in the pool so people who just want to swim can do so and leave the rest of the pool for the children.
