Very good layout and spacious. Nice quiet location but 10-15mins walk to the city centre. Complete kitchen amenities and washer/dryer. Heater works great, unit is very cozy and bright + wifi and TV works flawlessly

Well equipped , had everything you’d need for a short stay in terms of irons, drier, shower gel etc . Safe location, parking in a safe area. All instructions were clear and any issues /requests promptly addressed. I’d stay here again in future :)

Louise's service was excellent (5 stars), very responsive and she even came over on the first night to check when the heater wasn't working and also send for the plumbers promptly when there was a drainage issue. The location is convenient and also quiet, except that we stayed on the lower level and sometimes the neighbour upstairs can be noisy or stomping their feet around. The house has all the equipment one needs for cooking and doing laundry, it even has plenty of coffee and tea.
