Great location. Decor really funky. Nice touches such as leaving a beer and saying it can be swapped for a chilled one in the bar. Clean. Good size room and bathrooms. Great shower.

Great and artistic vibe, felt like I had more privacy than hotels in the same price range and more comfort. The bathroom/shower was great and really liked the interior of the room.

location was great,right in the centre of town, close to all the shops and supermarkets, the Grosvenor casino is just down the street across the bridge over the Kennet and Avon canal

The decor and facilities were excellent; check in was a little unusual with no staff dedicated to the hotel element, and it took a while for the bar staff to work it out. The noise in the morning from adjoining rooms was very disturbing- we heard them drop the shower head and their tv sounded like it was in our room.
