The fine print
Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Guests below the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult throughout the stay. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, well presented and equipped, and was in a convenient location for Reading town centre while being far enough away from main roads to not be noisy. The host Ricky was very welcoming and informative, and was easily contactable. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Good size rooms and excellent location. Free parking included and wifi. Friendly owners and were responsive and helpful when issue arose and they sent out engineer to check out the boiler. The apartment was fairly clean, although some stains in carpet and damage to walls and cabinets were noticeable.

Excellent value. Lovely quiet location. Facilities excellent. No need to deal with management, but they went out of their way to make sure we were greeted and that everything was to our satisfaction. Free secure on-site parking is a rare bonus! Perfect location for business in London - just half an hour on the train - and convenient for the M4 for the ferry back.

We liked the very comfortable beds, the spacious apartment, the equipped kitchen and how clean it was. It was also walking distance to everything.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and very well kept house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very large with all amenities. Very tastefully decorated and very charming staff. Late check-in was completely unproblematic and went smoothly. Big thanks to Ricky. The connection to the city center is comfortable and convenient. Perfect for excursions in and around Reading - onsite parking and easy access to buses were great advantages for our trip. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Especially the location is very good, a really quiet street, but at the same time just a few minutes walk from the city center. The appartment is really big and nice. I wasn't missing anything in the kitchen.

Central location, close to town centre. Spacious and well equipped accommodation. Free and secure parking to the rear of the property a real boon.
