The staff were friendly and very helpful, the bed was very comfortable, shower excellent and the Traditional English Breakfast - very good.

Spotlessly clean. Nice size room. Free parking and breakfast included. This makes it very reasonable. Decor is dated but I liked it... Nostalgic. Breakfast was very good and nice to chat to staff.

Very nice hotel. Spotlessly clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Regular bus service to Reading for shops, station etc.⁰

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a comfortable, well-furnished room. There is a small bar and I was able to have an evening meal. The cooked breakfast was exceptionally good.

I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was great, we had an evening meal that was lovely, well cooked, plate was hot. Breakfast was superb too.
