Bed was very comfortable and the room facilities were great. Even though we had a late arrival due to M4 closure, the reception provided us a warm welcome and were very helpful. We were very pleased to have decided on breakfast, it was excellent. Everything you needed was available and well presented. The staff were great.

The friendly staff made all the difference. The reception personnel were efficient, helpful and understanding. The bar/ lounge staff were accommodating, patient and made the effort to show interest in our wellbeing and satisfaction. I was impressed by this in a large hotel chain. Well done!

Hotel could improve their signposting to the room numbers beyond 300. There was no way to find unless you have been in the same hotel before. We were walking up and down corridors for a while and finally had to ask the receptionist to help us who was busy checking people in.
