The staff were very helpful, and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had in years. The room was spacious, and comfortable.

Although there was a lot of surrounding offices, the hotel is 10 minute walk to park and ride bus and the train station into Reading town centre and excellent shopping centre. Easy journeys. Within a another 10 minute walk in opposite direction and between the offices there is also a nature park. Opposite the hotel is a whSmiths for snacks and newspapers but this isn't open at weekends. Use the hotel QR code on the restaurant table and you get free access to online newspapers and magazines -brilliant
