Please note that the Café is under refurbishment from 16 June 2018 until 10 July 2018. During this period, the property cannot provide a full English breakfast, but will instead provide a Continental breakfast in your room.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Location ( 3minutes from Reading Station) was perfect. Amenities - drink making facility, toiletries etc. great. Security at the entrance (via code / Pad) to the building and again entry into the bedroom - excellent. Room was well heated.

The Blagrave rooms were booked as single rooms for just one night following a concert at the Hexagon Theatre. It is very unusual to find single self contained rooms such as these available, and at a reasonable price. Trouble free access to the rooms via mobile text made booking in arrangements simple and flexible.

Room was good and had all you could need to a short stay in Reading. Comfortable bed. Location is very convenient for getting to/from the train station.

No breakfast unfortunately but everything else was excellent
