Lovely characterful building, beautifully kept. Warm spacious bedroom. Friendly staff, flexible and accommodating. Pretty garden. Walkable in to Reading & frequent buses. Safe parking. Breakfast was plentiful, good range of continental items.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and our twin room large, warm and very clean. An excellent full English breakfast was provided each morning, freshly cooked and according to taste. All in all this small hotel was a perfect base for our short stay in Reading and we would stay there again in the future.

So friendly - like a home from home. I had stayed there 12 years ago but hadn’t remembered. The driveway and car park looked familiar. As soon as I walked in they said I had stayed there 12 years ago! And I realised yes ! Such great Customer recognition. Beech House was perfect in every way for my stay.
