Efficiency of staff for requests, very attentive, Location couldn't be any better with regards to markets, it really was just perfect, the gym was very impressive a little dated but still good, just needed some staff to tidy up the weights thats a pet peeve for me but best gym hotel I've ever had

I love the gym and swimming pool. Moo kra ta(pork bar b q) is 50 meters away. Hotel is near the night market , Lotus. good location

Great location, clean, good facilities and friendly staff. Located right in the mix of things. Markets, eateries etc. all within a short strole.

Excellent friendly staff spoke English very helpful and patient. Rooms are huge in reg, and deluxe .English TV channels comfy beds microwave in deluxe rooms Awsome gym and really nice pool deck ,right next to a huge Supermarket and IT center below bought 2 phones third the price of Canada ' street market outside hotel was Awsome and tonight Fri night another huge open air market location is great 15 mins to ban phi ferry- to kho samet lsland ' week days are around $50 cdn. But bit more on weekends Overall a hidden Jem is Rayong ' with absolutely everything you could need.

Amazing place with full gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Walking distance to the bazaar market open daily. Room service was excellent, cleanliness was great and buffet breakfast every morning was super handy.

The room was spacious and, though a little tired, presented great value for money. The hotel had good fitness facilities and the pool provided a pleasant place to cool off (once we found it!). Location was very conveniently close to shops and markets. Plenty of options for a satisfactory breakfast.
