Wonderful villa in great location. Spotlessly clean. Well appointed, the complimentary water was a nice surprise. Roomy bedrooms with comfy beds. Large bathroom. Large living area with kitchenette and verandah with table and chairs. Few minutes from the charming cente of Morpeth.

Perfect home away from home everything we needed right there. Kids loved the facilities, pool was perfect on the hot days and games inside games room/lounge was a hit. Definitely going back.

A fantastic location for a family Christmas. The rooms were beautifully renovated, modern and fully equipped. Having the BBQ facilities with the kitchen was just perfect for us. The pool And games room was a bonus. We are considering booking again for next year. The owners and staff are so welcoming and helpful. Thank you Hunter Oasis

Firstly, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I really liked that there is a big guest kitchen available so even though the rooms weren’t fully self contained, guests could still cook for themselves if they wanted to (good for families or people who don’t want to get takeaway or eat at restaurants every night $$$). The room was spotless and comfortable.
