An amazing reception from the concierge, the porter, the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the shower facilities were great. We got extra soft pillows, hot water to the room, and a change of towels whenever we needed. We originally had booked 5 nights at the Royalton, and another 5 nights elsewhere, but we were do happy we stayed at the Royalton for all 10 nights. The general manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for more. I almost forgot, breakfast which was included was just lovely, with a few dishes changing every morning, and the staff were super courteous. Another thing I almost forgot about, the food. The in house room service good was next level, and we tried a variety of the Chinese dishes, which I can honestly say I've never had better. If you like soup, I recommend the hot and sour, as you will not regret it. My only regret is not having enough time to meet the chef before we left, and to say a thank you to all the amazing staff, top to bottom.

Firstly the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is probably a few years past its best, but the rooms were bright and comfortable! Ideal for a short stay!

A very authentic Pakistani hotel in the heart of Rawalpindi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. Extremely good value.

Great stay at the Royalton. The room was sparkling clean, the breakfast was super, the staff are incredibly helpful and all very close to the old market.

The location was very near to shops etc. it was ideal for the hospital we were visiting. Staff quickly resolved any issues we had .Hot water was available in showers. Breakfast wdd as excellent

As a solo female traveller this Hotel was very safe. Excellent staff Excellent location minutes walk from restaurants. 15 min walk to large bazaar. Next to metro bus stop. Breakfast was great. My room looked onto the garden/park and a small mosque. I would definitely recommend and will return. Very good value
