From the time I walked into the hotel till I left, the service was exceptional Faizan and Akbar,muskan and the duty manager, provided an outstanding comfortable stay for me Highly recommend the hotel for its services

Very friendly staff. Mr Muhammad Norman ur Rasheed very help and a kind person. He took interest and resolved any problem I raised. The two young women one from Manshera and one from Gilgit , enthusiastic and helpful. Keep up your good work. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed it. I will give 10/10 to whoever staff I came across. I hope the hotel is paying you decent salaries for your good work.

It was a lovely clean and beautiful place to stay. The staff were friendly and especially Mr Rameez Tariq front desk manager was very professional and very hands on and allowed our stay to be comfortable and pleasant.

My experience was really excellent like second home and staffs very nice, supportive and accommodated especially Mr. Mansoor front desk he will go beyond to assist you and accommodate.. Mr. Khalid welcome you every single time with smile. in room service all staffs especially Mr. Liaqat and cleaning staffs as well as hotel transport team
