We arrived unfortunately to an unlucky situation as our room had a plumbing issue due to the flooding from the recent weather. However the staff at the property went above and beyond to make this as smooth and easy as possible. We were driven to a new location and treated like VIPs. I cannot fault this place at all they were just amazing and we were very grateful for their hospitality.

We had one or two problems with our room and so we were moved to a much bigger and very beautiful one. The hotel has a great location in the centre of Ravenna, near all the main sights.

Absolutely amazing room in a great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even booked us a table in a nearby restaurant. We stayed the night before going on a cruise and wish we could have stayed longer!
