Location, short walk from train station and UNESCO sites, restaurants. Good cleaning standards. Excellent breakfast. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Interesting building.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Top location: easy access with your own vehicle (parking available at the property and nearby), close to public transport and practically in the old town - almost all the main attractions are accessible on foot.

An "old-school" hotel, in the very best sense of the word. Friendly & helpful staff, amazing breakfast included, clean, quiet, all in a lovely old palazzo. I felt very pampered - especially when the maid left rose petals & chocolates on the bed for Valentine's Day! Also an easy walk from the train station and to the major sights in town. Would definitely stay again.
