Room service is available every day from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Thursday.Please note that the restaurant is closed every day for lunch. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, it is also closed for dinner.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of EUR €25 per night will be applied (maximum of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Great location: a 5 minute or so walk from the train station. About a 10 or 15 minute walk to all the main sites of Ravenna. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is good.

Good location but hotel needs some updating. Breakfast was substantial and a large selection was available. Staff are very friendly.

Convenient location in this wonderful city - don't let the immediate surroundings put you off, it is convenient for buses and trains and a really easy walk to all the amazing sites in the city. Very easy half-day trip to the beach on the bus right near the hotel (EUR3 return bus fare, contactless payment on the bus). Room was spacious and bright, made even more so by the giant mirror wall at the head of the bed.

-staff accommodated the request to change the room upon arrival when we noticed there was a door connecting to the next room and felt uneasy -location was great, very close to the historic center and the train station
