The room was clean and comfortable. And the location was close to the train station but also within walking distance of the historical buildings (for example, where Dante's remains are entombed. Cool!) and city centre for food and coffee.

A lot of nice small things: a big bottle of water, coffee machine in the room with capsules which were added, if I use one, small and nice breakfast with snacks

Overall everything was great, the personal is very polite. Searched many hotels before choosing it. I believe it was the best 3 star hotel option.

Right by the train station. Couldn't possibly be a better location! Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again without any hesitatiobn.
