Stayed in Ravenna before we embarked on an RC Cruise the next day. I messaged the hotel asking for a taxi to take us to the port. They quickly came back with a transport provider who were as equally excellent. The hotel staff were so nice and friendly. Excellent location and close to restaurants and bars, etc

I loved the location, so close to the wonderful historical monuments of Ravenna. The room was nice, the bathroom was beautiful, the breakfast was very tasty, the staff were helpful and polite.

Breakfast was great, one of our party had severe allergies, although there was a bit of a language barrier with the breakfast staff the concierge was happy to assist, very helpful. Also very close to the square, good restaurants to go to and some shops if you want snacks to bring back to the hotel

A warm and friendly welcome and helpful guidance on parking securely nearby. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We liked being in the old city shopping area and the hotel is just 4 mins walk from the Mausoleo di Galla Placidia and Basilica di San Vitale and 10 mins easy stroll from The Battistero Neoniano [which is entered through] the Museo e Cappella Arcivescovile.

Location was excellent near all main attractions. Staff was very helpful, especially helping us arrange for transport when taxis are quite difficult to book in Ravenna. Breakfast good

Right in the centre of the town/ walking distance to restaurants . Nice shopping. Good bars. Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.
