Nice small hotel very near city center. Room and bathroom are new and nice and clean. On our request we had private parking space. Owners are nice and ready to help with information.

A lovely room in the city center with parking for cars and a good breakfast. The city center is 10-15 minutes away on foot. There is a supermarket nearby. The room is modern, suitable for a family with 1-2 children. The sofa (for children) is squeaky. Everything else is fine. The room is clean. It is convenient that there is a parking place nearby. For breakfast, scrambled eggs or omelets, muesli and various pancakes with coffee are offered in a separate room. It was a surprise to me that such wonderful breakfasts can be organized in the apartment.

The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived after the staff departed for the day, and they were available via phone to tell us how to get inside the building. We went out to a restaurant, came back, and realized that we had locked ourselves out. We called them again, and they told us how to get in through the back door. Without their assistance, we would have been sleeping out in the street. Their patience with a couple of jet-lagged yanks not knowing what they were doing will not be forgotten. Again, thank you!

Our room had a double bed and a couch which can be transferred into a bed. I would consider this room as perfect for a couple, with 2 small kids it was ok'ish for two nights (just for the records: it was us who selected this room). Modern, clean, spacious bathroom. Our contact was super responsive and very flexible when we had multiple delays on our way to Ravenna. The breakfast looks rather basic at first glance, but be aware that the lady does not only prepare great coffee, but also scrambled egg and other fresh things!! The car park in the backyard is very convenient as it's directly connected to the house through a seperate entrance. The city center is an easy 10 minute walk away. Tip: The pizza place next door doesn't look to fancy, but the pizza (Neapolitan style) is a 5/5.
