Close to city centre and all the sights. It was clean and comfortable with modern facilities. Breakfast was great too, a lovely array of local specialities.

Adequate variety and selection of cheese, cold meat and bread. Location to central Ravenna was very good.

The property was super clean, lovely shower. Francesca added such sweet finishing touches, the towels were wrapped in ribbons, bottles of water were in the rooms. You can see that Francesca goes above and beyond. The breakfast was incredible, it truly was a banquet. I have never tasted a better cappuccino! Definitely will return!

Very comfortable room and breakfast with very friendly staff. It was self check in, but a useful video with access codes and how to get in was sent in advance. The breakfast was great with home cooked little dishes as well as pastries, fruit and yoghurt. There is tea coffee and home made cakes available in the reception area which was very nice. Location is great just a short walk from the train station and into town where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Ravenna is amazing, we hadn't realised how impressive the mosaics were and the historical areas like Theodorico's mausoleum and the city walls and gates. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The effective air-conditioning was very welcome in the high temperatures we experienced and the bathroom had a good shower and toiletries; other facilities - shared fridge, snacks/cakes were also great. Our hostess and colleague were very welcoming and helpful and provided an amazing breakfast, with local specialities. It was well-located within walking distance of the historic centre and restaurants, bars, train station, etc. We were delighted to have chosen 5Rooms.

Located down a quiet street a stone’s throw from the shops and restaurants. The staff were brilliant, room was spotless and the breakfast incredible. We stayed here a week and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this place.
