Amazing location. Beautiful views. Hotel is a bit dated. Staff is friendly but …. No one picks up the phone for the room service so I had to go all the time to reception. One day had to go to reception twice to order coffee that never arrived after 40 min. So I went to bar and they said they never had an order. Guess they just keep forgetting

The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Location is wonderful and the food and drinks are really good. This must our 5th time staying at hotel graal and we have enjoyed every stay there. Thanks.

Excellent location. Great hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Just 10 minutes from main plaza of Ravello. Intercontinental buffet for breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff: 10/10. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Casa Albertina to family and friends.
