Room: was really good in term of size, we recived it late and the team offered to allow a late checkout to make it up for us. on the day of check out the reception desk did not allow us for the time claiming that there is no note in the system and that we have talk to her manager. we found the attitude a bit not the Rixos we know - if they needed approval they could have supported with the talking to the manager while we enjoy the facility rathar than us waiting for the manager to arrive to work and talking to them wasiting the last few hours. Living room was smelling smoke , the cleaning team try to cover it - thanks for the efforts. Breakfast : verity of foods but for some reason tasteless, even the egg had no taste. Lunch and dinner very good options to satisfiy every taste. kids section was perfect, smart and healthy. Pool was warm and clean. Beach clean sand.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel.The staff are so friendly,ready to make your rixos experience super awesome.Ansari,Nan,Nipun and Taimoor have to be mentioned for their excellent service.From reception to the restuarant to the cleaners,all the staff made our stay super enjoyable.Rixos is a fun resort with 24/7 entertainment for all ages.The food is out of this world,those chefs really do know about flavoursome cousine.Thankyou for an awesome time.

Everything from checkin until checkout In reception we had Mr hani for assistance who was helpful and informative.One of the good staff. And while lunch we met 2 cleaning staff who were super sweet with a smiling face which has made our day.we hope to stay again in coming future.please let me know if you can offer me a good package on new year.
