Everything was amazing, quiet and perfect for an escape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no issues taking our dog with us as pets are more than welcome. It exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

A great place to rest and relax! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around and watching the birds and animals!!! Also, though we have booked a small room, the staff have kindly upgraded us to a nice deluxe room which was so good!!!

The space is great, with all the rescue animals wandering around the receptionist giving a good brief about the dos and don't. They share a pamphlet with details of the attractive provided, which was handy. Lots of things to choose to do,if staying for longer period. The place is well maintained. The staff is good and attentive. The food was tasteful and good portion. Had a good time with my dog. The food and drinks menu has a decent variety to choose from.

We have stayed during summer time and was surprised to meet all our expectations: the comfortable, clean room, the friendliest staff and accommodating management, great food and beverages, indoor/outdoor activities, and above all, our little furry dog enjoyed the whole premises as it is pet friendly! The place is so relaxing being surrounded by friendly animals around. We all enjoyed our morning walks and the art gallery classes. We will definitely come back and try other activities such as yoga and mini golf and boat ride when the weather gets better.

Location and greenery around the location. Also so refreshing to be so close to the animals, something rarely found in UAE. Apart from the AC issues I rate this property has exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend my friends visiting.

Breakfast was good continental , both Naveen and Manyank were very welcoming and were ready to prepare special dishes for us .. hence food was not an issue at all

The chalets were great! Breakfast was also very good! Our server Mayleen was great!
