Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and modern. I wish the towels were a little bit thicker.

Beds were comfortable and the view of the sea was lovely. The shower was nice and relaxing and enjoyed the pool early morning before the kids arrived. Facilities and buffet selection were good

Best family holiday experience ever! Better than the Atlantis. The property, the staff, the pool.. Amazing! These guys know how to show kids a good time! Evening camp fires! Movie night on the beach! My 4 year old loved this hotel so much he was absolutely devastated by leaving! Shout out to all the restaurant staff who went out their way to accommodate us!

So luxurious hotel and it fits for families and friends. The only thing I noticed. Breakfast the was no sweets and cakes although the hotel is even higher than 5 stars.

Before arrival, Emaree called us from the hotel to ensure everything met our expectations. At arrival, though it was pretty busy, Valeriia approached us to make our check-in smooth and easy. We had a deluxe room, size is decent, linen is comfy, and overall room was clean. The pool temperature was just right, with three super alert lifeguards watching for everyone's safety. Beach was also clean with plenty of seabeds. Breakfast experience in the morning was very good, though the hotel was full house, but service was great and served. Foods were fresh and of good quality. We went to Ula restaurant, had a very nice ambience next to the beach. After we left, got a call from Salah, hotel manager who requested our feedback and made sure we had good time All in all, it was a very good experience and would definitely come back again

Hotel is spacious and has lots of facilities. From the moment we entered till we left, the staff was so disciplined and working like a clock. Everything was thought of. This is the first time in UAE I get a proactive gesture by the team asking if I need anything.. well done to whoever put the system for the staff
