We want to assure you that we have taken measures to maintain the comfort of our guests and ensure their stays remain enjoyable. The resort premises itself do not have planned construction or works. Please reach out to us for more details, where required.Adjacent to the resort, there are activities to remove the causeway/breakwater and installment of a sinking groyne, near the left side of the beach with an estimated completion date of 29 January 2025 with a temporary break between 23 December 2024 and 02 January 2025. While some disruptions may occur during this period, we are taking all necessary measures to minimise any potential impact on our guests’ experience. We expect our beach and operations to remain largely unaffected. For guests who may be particularly sensitive to such activities, we recommend booking our Club InterContinental rooms and suites or our Seafront and Beachfront Pool Villas, as these accommodations are located furthest from the site.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hotel overall is absolutely stunning - from the entrance (first impressions) to the rooms and facilities, all were spot on. The buffet lunch was vast and great tasting, as too was the breakfast. The pool is huge and temperature controlled which was great for swimming. The gym, whilst small, was very clean with great equipment. All round a wonderful trip and well worth the money.

It’s a beautiful five star hotel. I absolutely loved the room, the views, the ambience. It was truly an amazing stay and experience. Food was great too. Slept really well and I adored the big bath!

Staff at the hotel were very helpful and responsive. From Saffar, Rahul, Khalid, Arkam, Ajay & Jeena were exceptional. Plus a special thank you to the Saffar Chef who prepared a gluten free meal and cake for our 42nd Anniversary.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful, they're doing the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Room are good size with nice balcony. The shisha on the beach was super nice. Breakfast was decent.

Wonderful staff, always on hand to help, polite and courteous and cheerful. You feel valued individually as a guest. Great breakfast selection. Good location on a developing part of RAK and a short drive up into the mountains. Bikes available to explore the local neighbourhood.

The staff was amazing. The Lebanese restaurant Levant and Nar was great, the food is brilliant and the service was impeccable. Breakfast had a lot of variety but eggs were not up to mark.. but could be down to the person actually making it at the live counter that day. The new beach bar has a god vibe and the asst manager/manager are just so kind and helpful.
