We had a lovely time staying at Action Hotel. The check in and check out processes were smooth and easy. Our hotel room was neat and cozy (the shower was a little of a tight squeeze). Breakfast was substantial. The staff at the hotel are exceptional - keep up the great work. We do wish there was an area for the kids to play during the day at the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel with necessary amenities available, location was good can easily access to any RAK tourism spot within 30 minutes time max. Staff is cooperative and polite, and helpful.

I did NOT like the reception staff, not friendly and when i called several times from the room no one was answering, i had to go to the reception to talk to them keeping in mind they were alone and no customers around them. The breakfast was great. Alot of variety and frindly staff.

The location was good, staff were friendly, food was good as well where it was paid but price is decent. But room was okayish as space was not enough for king size bed room and bathroom for shower was too small I felt.

Welcome beer, the worm reception from Miss Primashi. The upgrade from one room to double room, the breakfast discounted at AED 25 only the room was clean, quite and very luxurious and comfortable In fact, the facility is worth visiting again and again and again, and it's worth the price
