Communication was easy from the start. Accommodation was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We loved the outdoor area, so nice to laze about with an amazing view. Being right on the beach was such a bonus. We made the most of the kayak and snorkeling gear and we're amazed at how many fish we saw without having to go too deep. Location was great, and having a little shop directly across the road was very handy at times.

Location right on the beach was great. Close to wigmores and great for relaxing. Had kayaks, stand up paddle boards and snorkeling equipment available. Lots of outdoor seating. Lots of room for the 8 of us weren't tripping over each other. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this place. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment.It felt like we were the only ones on the whole beach despite there being a family with young kids staying in the apartment next door. The bed was comfortable, there is a kitchen and small indoor living area. There is also an outdoor covered living area with table and bbq and then there is the uncovered deck which was right on the water. There are 2 sun lounges on the deck where we spent most of our time reading and enjoying the view and sound of the ocean lapping at the Shoreline in between swimming in the lagoon. There are kayaks and SUPs which are shared between the villas to explore the crystal clear waters of the lagoon. There is a small convenience store directly across the road stocking basic food and drinks. Rei the lady who runs it is lovely. A larger grocery store, a few restaurants and Cafe are within 5 to 10 minute walk. If you like pizza try the South side pizza which is open Friday and Saturday nights. There are 2 buses which run hourly that circle the island. 1 runs clockwise, the other anticlockwise. There are no bus stops, you just flag the driver down. They will pick you up right outside the front of the property. If you get the Transport Me app and search Cook's Island Bus Passenger Transport you get live tracking of where each bus is. It is an easy 5 minute walk along the beach to the reef pass where you can snorkel with turtles. We went with Turtles Rarotonga from Blazey's. These guys were excellent. They only take small groups(5 maximum) with an extremely experienced guide Bobo. We actually had a private group with just the 2 of us. This place is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

I absolutely loved the location amazing views very private up on the deck not many people go by and only a few steps to the beach below. We could watch the kids play in the water and seen a few whales just amazing.
