Breakfast was excellent. We ate so much we didn't need lunch. Lots of choice. Water provided also.

This is the most beautiful property we’ve ever stayed in. Marina was such a lovely and hospitable host as were her family. The villa is absolutely incredible, quiet and a real sanctuary. The breakfast was delicious with an absolutely beautiful outlook. Can’t say enough about how great this stay was - the location was easy and very close to the centre. Also very close to the bus stop that goes to portofino! It was such an incredible stay, thank you so much Marina and family (and Gigi the cat) - we loved our time at the villa and in Rapallo.

Marina was so welcoming and hospitable. The villa felt like I was staying in a Merchant Ivory film: it was an old fashioned pensione in an Edwardian villa, which is why it is so charming. The room was very large with high ceilings, a large bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Marina provided us with a kettle. It was 10 minutes walk to the seafront, old town and station so ideal for a stay without a car. Breakfast was to order the night before: continental with a lovely coffee.

Marina was super nice to us and easy to reach whenever we needed something. The house is amazing, in the center or Rapallo where you can take the bus to easily get to Santa Margherita. Breakfast was so nice too and we had a great time!

Everything! The unique setting and feeling like you have stepped back in time to a bygone era. The wonderful sense of history. The genuine friendliness and warmth from Marina who welcomes you into her home not as a paying guest but as if you were a friend. As great as Marina's home is, the experience is elevated to the next level by Maria's hosting skills. We spent a glorious 6 nights at Villa Olimpo and celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversry whilst there. We couldn't have asked for better.

Breakfast was amazing – the view from the glass porch was something out of this world. Marina – the hostess – was so friendly and served the most delicious breakfast every morning.

Beautiful old Villa with large comfortable bedroom & bathroom. The conservatory was a wonderful space for breakfast & relaxing Fantastic views of Rapallo & beyond. Close to trains, shopping & restaurants
