Ideal location near to train & boat trips. Lovely sun terrace with great views. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The private garage was a positive addition.

The location is so perfect. Close to the station, the front with the restaurants and the beaches. Supermarket right across the road with excellent prices. And the staff were really lovely and let me keep my luggage after checkout until my early evening train.

Helpful staff. Very central location, close to supermarket and marina. Parking is very tricky in Rapallo but hotel provides temporary permits for the guests which is very helpful in crowded Rapallo streets.

Great location, short walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and close to the supermarket. The room had a nice big cupboard for storage, a mini fridge, tv, and the bathroom was a good size. Every day the bed gets made, and new towels are provided which is lovely. The staff were very helpful and provided information about the town.

The customer service was 10/10 and everybody helped us really well. The hotel is near enough of everything. Me, my wife and two daughters had great time in Rapallo, and thanks to Hotel Stella, it was smooth and nice. Oh, the air condition was super. +31 celcius outside and humidity 78% it was extremely good to have a short breaks inside the hotel room.

Great stay! We emailed with a few questions before our arrival and got prompt responses to our queries regarding facilities in the local area. Lucrezia was a great host and helped with local knowledge on boat tours to Cinque Terre and recommendations on the best local beaches. Thanks for a great stay.
