I believe I was the first Japanese tourist who stayed this hotel😄 First impression was “am I okay to stay here??” Because I am not used to have the toilet without paper😅 Only Hindi for the communication. But you have a great telephone to make understand each other! The guy at the hotel is so kind. He tried to help me a lot! Very simple but nice stay / experience!

Very welcoming, fell at home. Staff is very polite and helpful and caring.They addressed all concerns. Very good. They never said no to any of your concerns. Value for money. Next time if I visit ranchi. I first choice will be this property.

The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely nice and polite and accommodated us and all our requests so well. Would definitely recommend. We also made the booking late, yet they still were available and allowed us to check immediately.
