friendly host, has 24/7 free coffee available. n nice terrace that u can use to have a meal n warm your food.. while having free flow coffee/tea, also provide toys for kids to play.. my son enjoyed the stay..

We travelled with our 15 month old and the staff really went over and beyond to accomodate us. It was the perfect base to travel all the spots in the surrounding area, easy to find - amazing breakfast. Such a homely feel. Highly recommend for all.

Exceptional location just next to the Ramsau river and mountains. From the balcony you get to see amazing view of the mountains and nearby beautiful Bavarian style houses. It was warm and cozy inside the room. Nice that we had an exit to the balcony. The local tourist information centre was just in front of the hotel (over the river). Also, we noticed that many hiking trails that lead up to the mountains start very near this hotel. We will definitely come back in spring or summer to enjoy hiking and staying in Bergbach hotel. Moreover a pleasant surprise was the property host who spoke Latvian. He also spoke German, English and Russian. There was an option to get sauna and if we weren’t travelling with kid, would totally recommend trying because of the views you get to see from the sauna. Breakfast offered a wide variety of traditional German/Bavarian breakfast - sausages, two types of omelettes, bread, cheese, various types of meat. Also some sweets and cornflakes. Many juices and drinks (coffee,tea) to choose from. By the way, tea and coffee was for free also outside the breakfast hours.

Everything is designed to make the visitor feel at home. The approach of the staff was very cordial, they tried to be helpful to make us feel good. The breakfast was very rich, at the level of higher category hotels. Although some rooms are small, they are very sensibly and functionally furnished. A very friendly self-service system throughout the day and night, when the visitor has the opportunity to take drinks, make coffee or tea. Ideal for tourists and people looking for rest.

The hotel location is excellent. Room is clean and cousy. The service level is on the top. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The staff is kind, helpful and really flexibil. Good publictransport and many opurtunity for hiking. Easy to parking.

Well located, Close to Hinter see and Konigsee, near numerous hiking trail Lovely place, facing river & mountain. Personal are nice and helpful Nice Breakfast

Cozy design with attention to the details. The location is very comfortable for travelers by car. You can park infrinf of the house.The breaskfast is great. You have a lot of choices. We spent a very quiet night with a terrific view from our balcony. Check in went smonthly although we came late. The staff is very friendly and helpful with information. Highly recommended
