Very cozy stay! The apartment is quiet and lovely with great view. Also very quiet! The host is nice and offered us a great breakfast! Convenient to supermarket and restaurant. We quite enjoyed our stay and will definatedly come back if travelling there again!

The owner was very friendly and was waiting to welcome us. She made tea and brought it to our room. The room was spotless and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Free on site parking. It was in walking distance to restaurants, a bakery and grocery store. It was very convenient to get to Plitvice Lakes early in the morning.

Lovely clean property, comfortable bed. In a quaint little village with a wonderful host. Marijan was a great host who gave recommendations of where to eat. Will definitely recommend House Zupan.

I will definitely be back. we visited lakes and we needed some place to sleep. it was a really nice surprise to be here. the house is very beautiful. we had everything we needed in the room, but also a really nice terrace. the bed was the best. I remembered and missed it during the rest of my trip around Croacia. and what can I say about breakfast…. the best! the owner made a home made breakfast. she said it would give us energy for walk. she was right and it was amazing. she made our stay easy and nice. we were very late in our arrival because of the plane but she waited for us and was really nice. I am very glad when I find hotels and people so nice. I highly recommend to come here. the best price - quality

The host is super kind and gentle, the structure is in a quiet and peaceful location around 10 minutes by car to the Plitvice national Park. Breakfast was great, and as a vegetarian/vegan couple, the host provided all the alternative to meet our request. Again, the host was super kind, recommended.

Room was fantastic with a lovely little balcony. Staff were incredibly helpful with things like how to get to Plitvice. Really good little Italian restaurant down the road.
