The fine print
Railay Bay Resort & Spa offers a transfer service from Krabi International Airport at an additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.The resort can only be accessed by a long-tail boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. The resort is located next to the Railay Pier.Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests fail to present their credit card upon check-in.A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rates of 24 and 31 December 2024. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Please contact the property for more details.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hotel is right on Railay Beach, which is a luxury in itself. In the morning, we could walk around the beach before all the longtail boats arrived bringing people. Our room was just perfect - large, private, and comfortable. We even had some visitors (monkeys) outside our fence in the morning! The hotel pool is perfect to relax by and the mango sticky rice at the onsite bar was delicious. The hotel is also close to the restaurants street in Railay. One of the best hotels we stayed during our trip - sadly we only stayed for one night!

Perfect for a weeks chill out. Hotel is lovely and right on the stunning beach.Both pools are very clean with sunbeds. Great vibe in the town, and the food was great. Loved it.

Great stay! The staff was very kind. The location is great, on the beach and close to the main walking street. Good breakfast and very nice room with a private pool.

Gorgeous resort with two pools and a great breakfast buffet! If you get a long tail boat from Ao Nang you will be dropped directly down the beach from the hotel (Railay West). Really nice & gentle walk through the forest to reach other beaches. The views and sunsets are beautiful 🌞

Great staff, very kind and friendly, always smiling.and willing to help. Great location on the beach of Railay west. Rooms are big, with all the facilities of a resort (fridge, electric kettle, safe deposit box. Bath robes, a beach bag). Bathrooms are huge also with bath tub and a separate shower too. Great gardens and sorrounding by limestones. They offer the pick up from airport with an extra charge and it is very well organized. Buffet breakfast i is great with a lot of options to choose. The resort is big so according to the room location you need to walk but there are golf cart than can pick you up if you prefer not to walk

The location is great for everything in Railay Beach - beaches, bars, restaurants etc... Our bungalow was close to the small pool that we used, which is located between the two beaches and near a small supermarket.
