Wonderful entry/reception with cheerful and helpful staff. Set in an historically picturesque street. Rooms well appointed with balcony if you get the right room. Excellent continental breakfast in a character restaurant.

From our arrival & greeting from Julia, and communication with Christina, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Barocco suite was wonderful, the balcony a highlight, large bedroom, separate large dressing room & a beautiful marble bathroom. Great facilities. We pressed ordered breakfast, from a large choice of options. It was delicious & the service perfect. Thanks Christina & your team.

We completely enjoyed our stay at the boutique neropece hotel. The pluses included the room with its amenities, an amble selection for breakfast, a location next to the main square, proximate free parking and above all the reception. Both Cristina and Giulia could not have been more gracious and helpful. Giulia accompanied me to the parking area and along with Cristina provided wonderful suggestions and assistance planning our time in their city and the surrounding area. Cristina shines as a true hospitality professional.

The breakfast was perfectly adequate. The staff servicing breakfast was very kind and attentive. Everything else - the room, location, and service was off the charts fabulous. Cristina was amazing. What a helpful, kind, attentive manager she is. She is one of a kind! Ragusa Isla is a beautiful place and the location of Neropece is unmatched. Thank you Cristina and staff.
